A damage deposit - €2.000 payed up to 8 days before arrival (will be refunded up to 5 days after check-out)

We don´t refund reservations, unless there is a serious unpredictable event.

Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival: the 30% reservation payment will be transferred to another available date of your choice.

Cancellations after 30 days before arrival: no refund.

If we have a reservation for the same dates, we will refund you the 70%, however we don’t refund the 30% reservation fee.

In case you need to cancel 30 days or less before arrival, due to an unpredictable event, please get in touch so we can find the best solution for you.

You just need to bring your personal belongings. Be sure to arrive on supermarket working hours for groceries and food shopping. Mind that supermarkets in Melides close at 1Pm on Saturdays and at 6Pm on week days.

Don't forget a hat, sunscreen and your bathing suit! (poll towels provided)

Unfortunately not. Some people are allergic to animal fur so we decided not to allow the presence of animals.

Melides is very close to Comporta and Troia, there a plenty of activities like Yoga classes, Surf lessons, horse riding in the sand, Dolphin Watching in Estuário do Sado, Surf, walking tracks and of course top restaurants and beach parties. Yes. Keep in mind that It´s the country side, don´t bring your Porsche.

No. Unfortunately we don´t have charging stations but we can send you the nearest location.

The Swimming Pool is not fenced nor do stairs have a safety gate. Also electric sockets are not child protected. It depends on how you feel about this. Either than this, the property is totally fenced and children love to spend time playing outside in the country and the swimming pool. Also the beach is amazing, has a nice restaurant and it’s just 8 minutes drive.
